Tuesday:

8am- Level 3 (50 minutes) 

9am- Level 2 (50 minutes) 

10am- Level 4 (50 minutes) 

11am- Level 3 (50 minutes) 

12pm- Lunch Break (25 minutes)

12:30pm- High Intensity Pilates (25 minutes)


6pm- Level 2 (50 minutes) 

7pm 25 minute reformer 


Wednesday:

7am- Level 2 (50 minutes) 

8am- Level 3 (50 minutes) 

9am- Level 4 (50 minutes) 

10am- Level 2  (50 minutes)

11am-Level 1 (50 minutes) 

12pm- Reformer/Jumpboard (50 minutes) 

1pm- Level 3 (50 minutes) 

2pm- Level 2 (50 minutes) 


Thursday:

8am- Level 2 (50 minutes) 

9am- Reformer/Jumpboard (50 minutes) 

10am- Level 4 (50 minutes)

11am- Level 3 (50 minutes)

12pm- High Intensity Pilates ( 50 minutes)

1pm- Level 3 (50 minutes) 

2pm- Jumpboard (50 minutes)

Friday:

8:30am- High Intensity Pilates (25 minutes)

9am- Level 3 (50 minutes)

12pm- Reformer/Jumpboard (50 minutes)

1pm- Level 1 (50 minutes) 


Saturday:

9am- Level 3 (50 minutes) 

10am- Reformer (25 minutes)

10:30am- Level 1 (50 minutes)

11am- Reformer/Jumpboard (50 minutes)
